The health and welfare of your pet is of utmost importance to us.

Please read through carefully as the below policy may affect you.

 

Your pet will be given our utmost care and attention whilst with us in our mobile salon. We use the latest equipment in our mobile salon and have carefully selected all our grooming and washing products from leading trade suppliers. If we feel that your dog is uncomfortable during any part of the grooming session we will stop immediately and consult the owner.

Once the grooming session has been completed we will discuss the outcome to ensure that we meet your expectations and any advice given regarding your dog's health problems that we feel should be checked out by the vet
