Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

Please read through carefully as the below policy may affect you.

 

1) The term "You" or "Your Dog" is referring to the client.

2) The term "Cut & Bubble", "We" or "Us" is referring to Cut & bubble mobile dog grooming.

 

To secure your appointment at Cut & Bubble once we have sent an appointment confirmation, we will require a £25 deposit.

 

Payment can be made by a number of methods

1) over the phone

2) bank transfer

3) online using the payment link sent with your confirmation

 

NO APPOINTMENT WILL BE CONFIRMED WITHOUT THE DEPOSIT BEING RECEIVED.

 

All deposits are fully refundable if the arranged appointment has been cancelled within the 48 hour window.

 

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances do happen i.e. hospital appointment etc. In this instance we will be more than happy to refund your deposit or rearrange your appointment with supporting documentation.

 

We allow a 10-15 minute late arrival for your appointment if you aren't home when we arrive. After the 15 minutes you will forfeit your time slot & deposit.
